"The site was really simple to use..."
The site was really simple to use, and I found my size right away without having to dig around. Checkout was quick too, with no annoying extra steps or confusion. it made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated.

"Cute, but not very comfortable"
To be fair, it does look really cute, but it just wasn’t comfortable on me. The fabric felt kind of scratchy and it fit tighter than I expected. I could only wear it for about an hour before I had to take it off, which was disappointing.

"So Soft!"
I was surprised by how Soft the fabric feels. It’s super comfy and nice against the skin, definitely one of those things I keep reaching for because it just feels So good.

"Packaging felt cheap"
The box showed up crushed, and the whole presentation just felt kind of rushed and cheap. Not a great first impression

I thought the pieces were cute overall, but... I don’t know, the size options and styles felt kind of limited. It’s decent if you find something you like, just not a huge variety.

"Delivery still hasn’t shown up"
I’m still waiting for my delivery after weeks, and it’s really frustrating. No proper updates, no clear answer, just more waiting. I keep checking and checking, but the package still hasn’t arrived and nobody seems to be giving me any real information. Really disappointed.

"Worth it tbh"
Wasn’t totally sure at first since it’s not exactly cheap, but the fit is really nice and the fabric feels great. For me, it ended up being worth the money tbh

"A bit sheer , but still cute"
The coverage is decent , but it ended up being more see through than I expected . I can still wear it , I just might need to be a little mindful of what I pair it with .

"Discount code wouldn’t go through"
I tried using a discount code at checkout, but it just wouldn’t apply and there was no clear explanation why. I reached out to support, but they weren’t really able to help, which made me feel a bit uneasy, like I was being drawn in with a deal that wasn’t actually going to work. In the end, I just left the order. Frustrating for something that should’ve been simple.

"I ordered from Gooseberry Intimates and then..."
I ordered from Gooseberry Intimates and then, of course, got slapped with customs duties and taxes once the package showed up. It wasn’t some small little fee either, it made the order way more expensive than I expected.

Maybe I missed the fine print on the site, but Gooseberry-whatever really should make that stuff clearer before you check out. After the extra cost, the whole thing just didn’t feel worth it, and I definitely won’t be ordering again

"Looks better online than in person"
The photos made this set look way nicer than it actually is. In person, the color was more dull and the fit and little details didn’t really match what I thought I was ordering. For the price, it felt misleading, like they cared more about making the sale than making sure the product lived up to the pictures. I probably wouldn’t buy from them again.

"Nice. I really liked a lot…"
Nice. I really liked a lot of the pieces, and they felt stylish and easy to wear. But the bigger sizes seemed limited, which was a little disappointing. Bummer.

"Refund Process Felt Too Slow"
I get that refunds can take a little time, but this one felt like it dragged on longer than it should have. Maybe I’m being impatient, but I expected the process to be a bit quicker and clearer. It would’ve helped to get better updates along the way.

"Annoyingly easy to wash"
I’ll give it credit, the care tags are actually clear and easy to follow. Hand washing still takes longer than I’d like, which is kind of a hassle, but at least I wasn’t left guessing what to do.

"Not a Great First Impression"
This was my first time ordering from Gooseberry Intimates, it hasn’t been a great first impression. The tracking has been basically useless and just sits on the same status for days, so I have no real idea where my package is or when it’s coming. I reached out to customer service hoping they could give me some kind of update, but they basically just told me to wait. For the price, I expected a much smoother experience. Frustrating.

"Shipping was actually faster than I expected"
I ordered from gooseberryintimates.com and, i wasn’t expecting the shipping to be that quick. I got the tracking info after about a day, and the package showed up in good condition. It wasn’t exactly lightning fast or anything, but it was definitely better than I thought it would be. I’m taking off one star because the updates were kind of slow at the beginning, but overall it was a decent experience...

"Good Support, Not Much Lift"
It gives decent support and feels comfortable enough for everyday wear, but I was kind of hoping for a little more lift, so it’s not bad at all, it just doesn’t quite do everything I expected.
